Truly a gem, we spoke about rentals for months, we then made an offer to buy, without using Kathi. Guess what happened? Radon beyond normal and gave us sound advice on how to get out of the contract because our Realtor was not interested in helping us do that. Got out of the contract and bought a fabulous condo with her. 3 years later, we sold and upsized in the same community. We have already started referring her. Highly recommended.
